I recently visited Rituals salon and I must say it was an average experience. The staff was friendly but the service was not up to par. The haircut I received was just okay, and I expected more from a high-end salon like Rituals. The prices are quite expensive for the quality of service provided. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to others.
