I have been with Statechoice insurance for a while now, and I must say, their service is average. While they provide competitive rates, their customer service could be improved. There have been instances where I had to wait for a long time to speak with a representative. However, they have always addressed my concerns eventually. Overall, I am satisfied with their service.
