I recently attended a communication program with Interpersonal Communication Programs Of Colorado, and I must say it was an average experience. The instructors were knowledgeable and provided useful tips for improving communication in relationships. However, I found the pacing of the program to be a bit slow, and some of the activities felt repetitive. Overall, I think it was a decent program for couples looking to enhance their communication skills.
