The Windber Coal Heritage Center is an amazing place to learn about the historical significance of coal mining. The exhibits are well-presented and informative. I especially enjoyed the interactive displays that allowed me to experience what it was like to work in a coal mine. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend visiting this museum!
