UPDATE as requested below the holiday was at Merlin Cottage ref 4364635 from 21 to 28th March 2020. The emails and records of our numerous phone calls should be on your records. I look forward to a response.

So angry, I have never been treated like this by a company (many different subsidiaries) . What do you do when ALL contact is ignored. I wish they would just be honest and tell us they are not going to give us even token compensation for our lost holiday. We travelled all the way to Cornwall spent one night in the Cottage before being advised to go home just prior to the lockdown. Three key workers including a nurse who had to return to work the following week. No holiday, no compensation. Please no standard response from the owner saying contact us again! If you are going to bother reading and responding to this review please be honest for all to see. Thank you.
