I had a mixed experience with Thorp Stephanie A. Some aspects were good, while others were not up to par. The customer service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. However, the quality of their products was average and left much to be desired. I would appreciate more attention to detail and better overall quality. The range of options was also limited, and I would have liked to see more variety. Overall, a decent experience, but room for improvement.
