Marshall McAdam and Vicki have been fantastic in placing me in my current role. This is the second time that Marshall McAdam have placed me in a role and on both occasions they have been able to be tenacious and join the dots and present me in a role that has meant thinking outside the square. This has meant understanding the real client needs and how I could meet those needs.
