Went to inquire about booking our wedding receptio...

Went to inquire about booking our wedding reception here because it looked so promising on the website. The director of sales would take about 3 to 5 days to respond to any of our emails and repeatedly mis-interpreted dates and times and made the whole process cumbersome and time sonsuming.
Hotel may be nice but, they need to clean up their act when it comes to customer service for that.
Don't normally leave reviews on Google but this place really rubbed me and my fiance the wrong way...
Don't use them for their banquet services!
