I have mixed feelings about Frankoma Pottery INC. While some of their products are beautiful and well-made, I have also encountered a few instances of poor craftsmanship. The customer service has been helpful in resolving these issues, but it does make me question the overall consistency of their products. I hope they can address these concerns and maintain the quality that they are known for.
