I have been a customer of Gen-ius dms gmbh - an ntt data company for a while now and I must say they have provided me with an average level of service. The customer support is responsive, but the overall experience could be improved. There have been a few hiccups along the way, but nothing major. The platform is user-friendly and the features offered are beneficial. However, I believe there is room for enhancement in terms of speed and efficiency.
