Let me start off my saying that John Wai's Kung Fu Academy is amazing from the moment you step in, to the wonderful instructors and staff, and ultimately, the great exercise. I've tried tons of different exercises with my family and plans for exercising, and although I play sports, I was searching for a good workout that would really work for me when the seasons were over. At first, kick boxing sounded daunting and intimidating, but once I took my first class I was hooked! Not only is every class filled with different sets of exercises so I can never become stagnant, the instructors always keep me on my toes and pushing me to do my best. It is always difficult in the beginning and we all started there, but I would recommend John Wai's to anyone. Showing up is the first step to personal success! :)
