I recently started taking classes at Found Movement Group and I have been blown away by the positive and supportive atmosphere. The instructors are incredibly talented and knowledgeable, and they really take the time to work with each individual student. The classes are challenging in the best way possible and I can already feel myself improving every time I attend a session. The facilities are top-notch and there is a wide variety of classes to choose from.
