Washington National Insurance is everything an insurance company should not be.
I've had an accidental short term disablity
policy. I had rotator cuff surgery and my claim was denied. It was denied because the surgery needed was beyond 90 days from my accident. There were very specific reasons why and these reasons were documented from my surgeon in filing an appeal for my claim. Nope! Not good enough!
This company is a complete sham and I plan on giving them all the negative publicity I can.
I'll start by attempting to have Washington National banned from doing business at my employer that has thousands of employees.
In my hour of need when I've been out of work for three months, I've jumped thru hoops to provide any necessary documentation Washington National required and to no avail!
DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY!!!
YOU'LL BE SORRY!
