I recently took a class at this yoga institute and it was a truly transformative experience. The instructor was so knowledgeable and passionate about Iyengar yoga. The class was challenging but also accessible for all levels. The studio had a calm and peaceful atmosphere that helped me connect with my practice on a deeper level. I left feeling refreshed and energized. Highly recommend!
