Commonwealth energy group is an average company. Their services are decent, but nothing extraordinary. I have been a customer for a while now and I can say that the experience has been fair. The rates are reasonable and the customer service is satisfactory. However, there is definitely room for improvement. I hope they work on enhancing their offerings and providing better support to their customers.
