no sense of urgency whatsoever, despite how many times you call them to explain what's going on they still have nothing to say besides that they see the call and as SOON as they can get an officer out they will.. we both know that's not true. If I was in Redlands popo would be here in less than 5 mins I called over an hour ago making a noise complaint and I'm still wide awake listening to my neighbors ratchet noise.
