My wife and I had gone to a couple other nearby mattress stores looking for Sealy models to compare to the one we have. Unfortunately in under two years, our mattress has a major defect and Sealy has agreed to replace it. We were up-front and honest with all of the store personnel we encountered and in most cases we were treated like we had the plague.
Once they learned we were not buying- their whole attitude changed.

Then we went to the Lynnwood Outlet store and we're greeted by Justin Wright. We again explained why we were there and he could not have been more helpful and friendly. He showed us a comparable model to ours and also explained the differences in other models that we might want to compare to based on our preferences.

What a pleasure it was to be treated this way. Although we won't be buying a new mattress for ourselves anytime soon, we have two college-age boys that will be needing them as they start moving out etc. I know where we will be coming back.
