I recently had the opportunity to use the services provided by Maryland state, and overall it was an okay experience. The website, opd.state.md.us, was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very helpful and seemed more interested in ending the conversation quickly than actually assisting me. This left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope Maryland state takes steps to improve their customer service in the future.
