First time purchase online started out with receiving the incorrect product a couple of times. My initial communication was via email however, it became necessary for me to contact them by phone. I was pleasantly suprised by Warrens professionalism to make things right.
He was very approachable by phone and resolved the issue. He obviously knows the importance of customer relations which has kept me as a customer. Smart man in such a competative market. Thanks Warren !!!
