When Beton Unique was absorbed into DLC along with several other snow removal companies, they started to go downhill in the first year, and then fell off the precipice thereafter. They have a poor service particularly if you chose to pay big and have them responsible for your walkway. Phone calls are ignored, emails also until they are ready and you have probably tried more than once, and the reply provides an apology and a promise. The first is insincere, the second is there to be broken. Try to find a different company. One not controlled by DLC Green Team (or Snow Team). There is a great business opportunity here for a good service provider to move in and mop up the dissatisfied customer base.
