I recently purchased a product from Microtek international private limited delhi and I must say I had an average experience. The product was delivered on time and the quality was satisfactory. However, I found the customer service to be below par. They were not very responsive to my queries and it took a long time to get a resolution for my issue. Overall, I would rate my experience with Microtek as average.
