As a customer of Licking county board of developmental disabilities, I must say that their services are average. While they do provide necessary support for people with developmental disabilities, there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and communication. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes it feels like they are overwhelmed with the workload. Overall, I believe that with some changes, this organization can truly make a positive impact in the community.
