I recently used the services of a well-known insurance company for my car insurance needs. Overall, the experience was decent and the process was relatively smooth. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer service. There were a few occasions where it took longer than expected to get a response from their support team. Despite this, I was able to get the help I needed and my policy was set up successfully. In the future, I would consider exploring other options, such as Insurables, to see if I can find a better balance between cost and customer service.
