I had an average experience with Leaderboard brand...

I had an average experience with Leaderboard branding. Their website was fairly easy to navigate and the overall design was decent. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and the representatives were not very helpful. I expected more from a company that claims to be a leader in branding. In conclusion, I would say they are just average.
