Monica is the reason we came back to your dealership. When I called and asked for her I found out she was promoted. It was very well deserved! Our first experience there was two years ago and have recommended my family and friends to go there. This time we dealt with Nicholas Nardello, he was very knowledgeable in all the different trim levels we asked about. You could tell he actually took the time to learn the small differences. It made a huge difference. He made sure whatever questions we asked if he didn't know the answer he found someone who did know (financing/insurance questions). He took the time we needed to show us whatever vehicles we wanted to go see. Nicholas was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him. The sales manager that made a difference also was Paul. He came over and made the best deal he could and it was good enough to close the deal. We left in a new vehicle:) I would definitely buy here again and recommend anyone looking to give them a chance. It is a no pressure environment!
