I recently purchased a thermal system from this company and felt it was an average experience overall. The product quality seemed decent, and the website provided a good amount of information about their offerings. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. Communication was slow, and I had some difficulty getting my questions answered in a timely manner. Additionally, the pricing was a little higher than I anticipated. Overall, I would say it was an average experience - not exceptional but not terrible either. I would recommend them if you're willing to be patient and are looking for a reliable product.
