I recently purchased a medical equipment from this company. The ordering process on their website was smooth and the product arrived on time. 🛒 However, I encountered some issues with the product's quality, which was a bit disappointing. The customer service was helpful in addressing my concerns, but I expected a more durable product given the price. 😕 Overall, the experience was just average. I appreciate the efficient service and the efforts of the customer support, but the product quality left something to be desired.
