Over the years, I have had mixed experiences with LADWP. While there have been instances of excellent customer service and prompt issue resolution, there have also been cases where I faced challenges in getting my concerns addressed. However, I must commend the department for taking steps to improve their services and communications. There is still room for improvement, but I believe they are heading in the right direction.
