I recently used this company for my accounting needs and overall, I found them to be average. The website was easy to navigate, but I felt that the information provided was lacking. I had to contact them directly to get a clear understanding of the services they offer. The response time was decent, but there were a couple of instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but I expected more personalized attention as a client. 🤔 The pricing was competitive, but I would have appreciated more transparency in the breakdown of costs. While they did a satisfactory job in handling my accounting needs, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and customer service. Overall, an average experience. 👍
