Sadly, a really strange experience. The product arrived in a darker tone than listed, which was absolutely fine because it looked good and was well made. That said, it didn't blend well with our other rustic decor in the same room and so I reached out to Paul to ask him what colour wood stain he used so I could buy some to use on the other items, thus matching it all up. Paul's response was somewhat on the defensive - insinuating I could make the products and undercut him on the site??? I wrote him back with photo's of what I was trying to achieve (the items I was painting to match) and he completely blanked me. I wrote again... nothing. I don't think I've been treated so rudely as a paying customer in about 20 years! Good product, shocking customer service skills. Such a shame.
