I am a customer of Activ Solar and I must say that my experience with them has been average. The website was easy to navigate and the prices were reasonable. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had to wait a long time to speak to a representative and when I finally did, they were not very helpful. Overall, I would say that Activ Solar is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
