Great car buying experience (I've bought 3 cars from Pearson over the years) and also excellent service department. I was always skeptical of dealer service departments costing way more than independent repair shops, but while the $130 diagnostic fee might be a bit more they don't pressure you to have a bunch of "routine maintenance" done.
