TLC is the 3rd, and by far the best, service I've used so far. I've been using them since July 2013 and I expect A LOT out of them. They don't just answer the phone and take messages, they give information, make appointments using MY system, and take credit card information and payments using MY provider. That may sound easy, but there are a lot of details regarding staff, services, gift certificates, etc... If someone makes a mistake (no one is perfect) they are responsive and a lot of the time it isn't a mistake, it's a new situation and they use it as an opportunity to learn more about my business and add it to their list of "If-then" scenarios, which has grown until they are just as good as having my own receptionist answering the phone, only they do it 24-7 and I pay on for the minutes they are actually working.
