My experience with Coda Estates Limited has been a bit of a mixed bag. While they were able to find me a suitable property, their customer service left a lot to be desired. On several occasions, I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. However, I must admit that they did manage to address my concerns eventually. Overall, I would say their service is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement.
