My family and I drove out to the Troncalli Dealers...

My family and I drove out to the Troncalli Dealership from Douglasville, Ga., on the evening of July 3rd, right before closing around 6pm. Upon pulling into the parking lot, and getting out of our car, we were greeted by a salesman named Roger. Roger was very friendly and welcoming as we begin to talk. I informed Roger that I was online looking at vehicles at their dealership and was interested in testing driving a Dodge Durango. Roger very politely told us that he would refer us to another salesman who was responsible for internet sales. After being introduced to our new salesman Tyler, we were offered a test drive. Tyler was friendly and welcoming as well, and he seemed very knowledgeable about the Durango and its features. After I negotiated and purchased what I thought was a fair price for the Durango, my family and I left the dealership well after 9 p.m. with a new 2013 Dodge Durango Citadel. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism that the salesman Tyler and Roger displayed along with their general manager Cliff. We were the only customers in the dealership well after closing, but felt no pressure to hurry up and make a deal or leave. Although negotiations went back and forth, I can honestly say that we were treated fair with the price and service. I was real pleased with the cleanliness of the dealership and amenities that were offered for my two sons who had to wait for negotiations to be complete. I own 4 Chrysler/Dodge vehicles and this is the best buying experience that I have had at a dealership. If I purchase another Chrysler/Dodge vehicle, I will look to purchase it from Troncalli, before looking elsewhere.
