I recently tried out a grappling class at impruvgrappling.com and I was pleasantly surprised. The instructors were friendly and knowledgeable, and the facilities were clean and well-equipped. I enjoyed the small class size, which allowed for more personalized instruction. The techniques taught were practical and effective. I would highly recommend impruv grappling to anyone interested in learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or grappling.
