Literally on hold forever. Then when you finally g...

Literally on hold forever. Then when you finally get through to someone they transfer you somewhere else !! Then you re on hold much longer and then they either hang up on you or send you to a voicemail. Worst loan company ever !! Of o could give it zero stars I would !!
