I had an average experience with Datapulse technology ltd (dtp). The website datapulse.com.sg was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information about the company. However, the customer service was not up to the mark. The response time was slow, and it took a long time to get my queries resolved. I would suggest the company to improve their customer support.
