I had an average experience at Concept Eye Clinic. The staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable. The eye exam felt rushed and I didn't feel like the optometrist took the time to explain things properly. The selection of frames was decent, but I was expecting more variety. Overall, it was an okay experience.
