I have been a customer of Toyota Material Handling, U S A, INC for several years now and I must say their service is average. While their products are reliable, their customer support could use some improvement. The staff is generally helpful, but they can be slow to respond to inquiries and sometimes lack the necessary knowledge to address complex issues. Overall, I would rate my experience with them as average.
