I had a very average experience with Arpex. The company website was easy to navigate and find information on, but I found the overall customer service to be lacking. The response times to my inquiries were slow and I felt like my concerns were not addressed properly. The quality of the products I received was decent, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, I wouldn't say Arpex is a great company, but it's not terrible either.
