As a small business owner I often realize as my business grows that my coverage should too. Caterina, is always so helpful and knowledgeable on the products. If she does not know I appreciate that she will be straightforward with me and tell me that she would like to verify the information and get back to me. Not to mention I had no idea how many gaps were in my homeowners policy that she pointed out when I switched over and I still saved money switching to Farmers with better coverage! All around I have had a fantastic experience over the last year being her client.
