Navigation laboratories, inc. is an average company. They do a good job of providing navigation solutions, but their customer service could use some improvement. The website, navlabs.com, is easy to navigate and provides all the necessary information. However, when I had a question about one of their products, it took a while to get a response. Overall, their products are reliable, but their customer service needs work.
