I ve called once a week for the past three months ...

I ve called once a week for the past three months while being on forbearance. Usually it would take over thirty minutes to talk to a person, sometimes you just get hung up on after 40 minutes of being on hold. Every person you talk to tells you something completely different- sometimes they say everything is all taken care of and nothing is needed. Other times everything is wrong and we need to pay our whole forbearance sum immediately. My credit score has dropped 100 points because of delinquency, which should not happen during forbearance. They just keep saying ok we ll fix it but it has never happened. I have been as proactive as humanly possible but they still just said that because I declined to extend my forbearance another month that the whole forbearance has been voided and I need to pay it all immediately. LoanCare has been nothing but misleading unprofessional, and problematic since the start. The worst part is that I can t dump them, I m stuck until they sell me off to someone else. 0/5 stars.
