Billing department is a mess. These people had my information and didn t send it to my insurance. Only found out when they tried to send me my pay now or be sent to collections bill in the mail. I had not gotten any other notices from them prior to that. They were rude and stated that I had to know that they had my insurance numbers switched and wrong, when I had no knowledge of anything through or with them. I would be happy if they let me know that insurance info was incorrect or incomplete to send before receiving a bill that hasn t been sent to them. Glad I checked into things deeper and got my insurance company involved.
