Terrible and slow customer service coupled with predatory practices makes for a bad bank.
In addition to the fact that my wife has been unable to change her name since we married (almost three years ago), we also recently discovered that the account had been "upgraded" to a program which has a monthly fee. We never consented to this upgrade, nor did we receive any communication about it. The bank refused to refund the full amount they took from us after not getting my wife's approval to charge her.
Stay away. Any bank that would take your money without getting your permission first is a bad bank to be with; small and local, or huge and global.
