👍 Academy of self defense is simply the best! I have tried other self-defense classes in the past but none of them come close to the quality and effectiveness of this one. The instructors are incredibly skilled and passionate about what they do. They create a fun and welcoming environment for learning, making every class enjoyable. The techniques taught are practical and easy to implement. I feel more confident and safe after each session. I highly recommend Academy of self defense to anyone looking to learn self-defense.
