This is a really good company. Only issue is whoever is the supervisor on site he or she not gonna do anything. I worked so many sites. Every site supervisor donot do patrol. They sit at desk they have to do one one patrol or 2 a day specially if its a condo. And their patrols are very small and different. Vp donot listen to guards, whatever supervisor say they will act according to that. That means u will get fired if you donot purchase gift on supervisor birthday or maybe if u Didnot buy coffee for him or her. Its not fare normal guards get less pay and more work.

But as employee wise they are far better than any other company. Believe me. I love working for the company. But supervisor treat you as servants. There are lot more to say but i donot want to.
