I recently collaborated with a reputed IT services provider that was similar to Cognizant India. The experience was overall good, but I believe there is room for improvement. The team was skilled and delivered the project as expected. However, the communication could have been more prompt and efficient. I understand that delays happen, but a proactive approach would have been appreciated.
