I had an average experience at Monsoon salon & spa. The staff was friendly, but the service was just okay. The haircut I received was not what I had hoped for, and the prices were a bit high for the quality of the service. I wouldn't rush back to this salon, but it wasn't terrible either. Overall, just an average salon experience.
